Georgan Schuetz aka Pop Queen
I’ve been cooking and baking since I was very young. I have been at Fig & Lyle’s since it opened, shortly after retiring from nursing. I make just about everything in our storefront including my specialty, cake pops! I love hearing “Everything just looks so good!” and “Wow! It smells amazing in here!” from our guests. One last thing… I’m the owner’s mom!
Teresa Ferguson aka The Bakery Fairy
I am McKenna’s Aunt Teresa! I’ve enjoyed baking for those I love from an early age. I love trying new recipes and making them my own. Some of my recipes are even staples here at the bakery! While I am an ‘irregular’ employee, I enjoy coming in to support my niece and spending more time with my sister while doing something we all enjoy.
Lorena Barboza
Hey! My name is Lorena. I love pina coladas and getting caught in the rain. When I’m not frolicking about, you can catch me reading the latest romantasy book, watching the newest crime doc on Netflix, or preheating the oven to 325F. I’m also fiercely competitive when it comes to games and live on Alani.
